Ministry pays 100% premium of health plan (Tufts) deductible is 100% reimbursed, dental (Principal)
401k Ministry pays 1% (goes up to 3% after year 1 and 5% after year 5) of what you make and you can opt to put money in too.

FSA offered- Flexible Spending Account, a non taxed deduction to use for health costs. Optional.
Money from state in workforce development goes towards bonus for the staff.
$1,500 tuition reimbursement per fiscal year to anything related to your job function
Monthly staff meeting 3 hours paid regardless of length of meeting and in person offers $150 bonus.
